Spencer Construction Management's construction service group competes in every construction market segment that range for base building, additions, renovations, interior construction, phased construction, construction in occupied facilities and custom residential projects. A full Quality Management Plan covering design and construction functions both on and off site, including but not limited to: designing, procuring, shipping, handling, storing, sampling, fabricating, installing, constructing, assembling, inspecting and testing by in-house personnel or an independent third party consultant is provided where required to maintain the overall quality of the project SCM's excellent reputation as a General Contractor is maintained through complete client satisfaction. This coupled with select architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers allows us to secure a large percentage of our work through negotiated, select bid, or best value procurement contracts, frequently with repeat clients Our Safety Specialist is assigned to oversee each project to provide objective job site inspections and safety meetings with subcontractors. The Project Manager and Superintendent are also responsible for enforcing the company wide safety program. All on-site personnel have been trained in OSHA requirements and have excellent safety records.
