Because of our reputation as trusted home builders, our clients, after their home is completed, often contact us for service recommendations. In order to meet this growing demand, we offer Spencer Care, a service designed to provide complete, long term care for your home. Spencer Care includes four scheduled home visits per year during which our technicians perform preventive maintenance, as well as any additional tasks identified by you. For true service after the sale, you can always rely on Spencer Care.
